Welcome to Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and your relationship with our company. Please read these terms carefully before booking any service. By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC provides professional mobile detailing, residential cleaning, pressure washing, carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and commercial services. All services are performed at the client's location within our service area.
Service Area
We provide services throughout Greensboro, High Point, Jamestown, Whitsett, Kernersville, Reidsville, and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius of Greensboro, NC. A travel fee of $20 or more applies for locations exceeding 25 miles.
Booking & Reservations
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. A $50 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit will be credited toward your final service cost. Bookings are confirmed within 24 hours of submission.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept all common payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. We do not accept checks. Invoices will be provided for all services rendered.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available on our website. Additional charges may apply for extra services, add-ons, or services outside our standard service area. All prices are in USD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of the $50 deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit the $50 deposit. If Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC cancels or reschedules your service, you will receive a 30% discount on your next service.
Lateness Policy
Customers who are more than 20 minutes late to their scheduled appointment may be charged an additional $30 lateness fee. If a customer is more than 20 minutes late, Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC reserves the right to cancel the appointment, in which case the $50 deposit will be retained.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If rescheduling is requested within 24 hours, the $50 deposit may be forfeited.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancellation, the $50 deposit will be forfeited, and you may be charged an additional no-show fee of up to $50.
Service Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Property Access
By booking our services, you grant Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC permission to access your property for the purpose of providing the contracted services. You are responsible for providing safe and workable access to the service area.
Safety Requirements
The service area must be clear of obstacles, parked vehicles (except the vehicle being detailed), and hazards. Clients must ensure adequate space for our service vehicle and equipment. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met.
Equipment & Supplies
All professional equipment and cleaning supplies are provided by Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC. Clients may request specific products or methods, subject to availability and feasibility. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products whenever possible.
Eco-Friendly Practices
We are committed to environmentally responsible cleaning practices. Our products are biodegradable and safe for families, pets, and the environment. Water runoff is managed responsibly in accordance with local regulations.
Pet & Animal Policy
Pets must be secured or removed from the service area during cleaning. We are not responsible for injuries to pets or damage caused by pets during service. Please inform us of any aggressive animals before service begins.
Children & Occupants
For safety reasons, we recommend that children and other occupants remain away from the service area during cleaning. Clients are responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safety during service.
Health & Safety Compliance
Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC complies with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. Our team is trained in proper handling of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
Insurance
Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC is fully insured. Our insurance covers general liability and property damage. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own property insurance.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews, testimonials, or photos to Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC, you grant us the right to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes. You warrant that you own or have permission to use all submitted content.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC regarding the use of our services.
Amendments
Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes to service offerings.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will meet your expectations or be error-free.

Referral Program
Referral bonuses and promotions are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of offer. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Promotional codes are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of offer. No cash value.
Loyalty Program
Our loyalty program offers rewards for repeat customers. Terms and conditions of the program are available on our website and subject to change.
Commercial Services
Commercial clients are subject to additional terms, including service agreements, invoicing, and payment terms. Contact us for commercial service details.
Seasonal Services
Some services may be seasonal or subject to weather conditions. We will notify clients of any service limitations or scheduling adjustments.
Force Majeure
Sanctuary Detailing & Cleaning LLC is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or emergencies.
